JL Consultancy is led by John Loughrey, who has 25 years experience working in various fields in the community and voluntary sector. This has included youth work, community development and adult education in the UK and Ireland.
Since its beginnings ten years ago JL Consultancy has fulfilled more than one hundred major contracts.
